Anti-harassment

Harassment is a form of discrimination or mistreatment that involves unwelcome and offensive behaviour, comments or actions directed at an individual or group of individuals based on certain characteristics such as their race, sex, religion, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity. Between a spike in harassment claims and shift in the labour force, now more than ever, is the time to foster a healthy workplace culture. In fact, unhealthy workplace and toxicity is one of the major reasons of financial losses to employers as it leads to lost productivity, employee resignations, legal fees, etc.

Inclusion
